Orders:
Orders should be submitted by email to support@vogo-na.com or by Fax to (914) 395-0849.
Orders confirmation:
We will send confirmation of orders by email within 48 hours.
Pricing:
FOB Tuckahoe, NY pricing listed.
Payment Terms:
Net 30 days from the date of invoicing, except for products purchased through our on line store at shop.vogo-group.com
New accounts will be required to provide payment information.
Make checks payable to VOGO NA, Inc, 25 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Tuckahoe, NY 10707.
If payment is not received within 30 days, your credit card on file will be automatically charged.
Pre-payment terms:
Credit cards accepted: Visa/Mastercard/American Express.
There are no COD shipments.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via FedEx ground, FOB Tuckahoe, NY at prevalent cost.
Shipping cost for products purchased through our online store www.vokkerousa.com is featured during check out.
Products purchased through our online store at www.vokkerousa.com cannot be shipped outside the United States or to US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands)
Returns:
All claims for damages, refund or exchange must be made within 30 business day after receiving. The product must be returned in “like new” condition, complete with all packing materials. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges and may be charged a restocking fee.
All returns must be packed with a completed Return Authorization Form. Please contact us at (914) 337-2167 or via email to discuss the problem and obtain a return authorization form.

Warranty:

VOGO NA, Inc. will not be responsible for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential. Special, direct or indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by ant third party except as expressly provided herein.
