Orders confirmation:

A confirmation of order will be sent within one business day of submission.



FOB pricing listed.


Payment Terms:

Net 30 days from the date of invoicing for existing accounts.

New accounts will be on prepayment terms.

Make checks payable to Adeunis NA, Inc, 25 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Tuckahoe, NY 10707.

If payment is not received within 30 days, your credit card on file will be automatically charged.


Pre-payment terms:

Credit cards accepted: Visa/Mastercard/American Express.

COD is not available.



Orders are shipped via UPS ground, FOB Tuckahoe, NY.

Shipping charges are determined by destination.

All claims for damages, refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 business day after receipt of order. The product must be returned in “like new” condition, complete with all packing materials. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Adeunis NA, Inc. does not accept liability beyond remedies set forth herein including any liability for products for any reason. Adeunis NA, Inc. will not be responsible for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential. Special, direct or indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by ant third party except as expressly provided herein.
